Is it bad to hold it in and does it get reabsorb back to your body if you don't cum?

After I got a vasectomy, I asked my doctor that same question because he clamped off the tubes coming out of my balls. He said it just gets absorbed by the body. It sure felt funny for the first few years, when I came and it couldn't get out.
