just want to ask what if the result of my xray tells that i have a suspicous densities at right middle lobe. what is that? Thanks.

The x-ray should normally be clear.
Fluids or infections absorb more of the x-rays and show up as a light spot - indicating a density on the film.
By itself you can't tell what it is. You'll need more testing. Usually a sputum analysis is performed. Your doctor may also request a biopsy.
