Two questions 

 1. i have marked a area in the images with small box. There is a blister kind of thing there. It is there for a very long time... What it might be ? or What is this ? 

 2. There are pimples like thing on the head or the Penis. What is this ? Can doctors or medical consultants please advise on this. Note : I have never had sex till date. Other than masturbation, nothing at all.
