I would like to hear what meditation is and would it help me feel better with myself and the world around? I suffer from such strange conditions such as sometimes I feel like I am going to explode from the tension, stress or whatever and I really need to find some way to deal with this more easily. So I came to an idea that maybe meditation could help and now would like some general info about what is meditation.

Meditation is ancient Indian technique that helps in gaining the peace with yourself and it helps gaining the balance between your body and your mind, between the outer and the inner world. So trust me when you came to the point you figured out what is happening inside yourself and that is what meditation is for generally you are about to get relaxed on all the aspects of you life and self-being. Meditation main goal is to bring you to the stage
Of happiness and joy with being yourself and it provides you nerve and muscle relaxation and practically through meditation ones examine itself by focusing on some objects, idea or thought or even repeating some mantra –word that is special to you. It is not about being calm and alone in some quite room though there are some types of meditation that are to be performed only that way, it is just about concentration. I also meditate every day and I am using so called walking meditation so whenever I am on my job pause I go out among the people and am walking for about 15 minutes focusing on my steps, legs and shoes and not thinking of anything but that. Trust me it helped me feeling much better .
