I know that body structure has lot to do with it and genetics has part in it, but I ma sure that I will look better if I can speed up my metabolism. I am not sure which way is the best for it. I will appreciate any help or advice. Thanks
Well the metabolism is like a person cleaning. If there a one time mess the person cleans it and rests, the metabolism slows. However, if the house has a bad leak, and it's constantly dripping water shortly after it's cleaned up, the person stays in "clean mode", thus it is with the metabolism. I did with green tea and I have now few small meals and not two huge ones, so the metabolism realizes that burning energy with that person is a full time job and very seldom shuts down. For me it is the best way to speed it up.
