Hey all, I have a really important question. My dad is 42 he has been dieting his whole life and he has succeeded I mean he does get thin...he is about 5ft 9in and weighs about 200 now I think this is about average and he looks not fat at this weight. But coming down to the weight is not the problem the problem is that once he stops running he starts to go up way fast I mean in a month he will gain about 20 lbs. Now is there something for him that wouldn't require him to be running everyday ( runs about 1.6 miles), he does take sunday's off but I guess he is just getting tired of a controlled diet he eats only in them morning a bit like a banana with milk and in the afternoon he eats like a salad, once he neglets this for about even a week we can start to see gains of fat on him, what can he do so he can maybe prolong the effect of getting fatter so quickly???
