Someone PLEASE answer this post! I am now TWENTY THREE DAYS LATE with my period. My last one was 4/22, and that was my last pack of pills, decided to go off of them. I did not have a period in May at all, no breakthrough bleeding from not resuming the pill, nothing, not even a spot. At first I wasn't having any symptoms of pregnancy, but a couple of times recently I have had a tad bit of nausea...like once when I was only one week late and the smell of my fiane's hamburger almost made me throw up. Or this past Sunday when out of the blue I gagged three times for no reason and threw up. I hadn't felt the least bit queasy before that. I was just standing there talking to my fiance and some friends and boom, started gagging and had to run off and throw up. That same evening and even still yesterday I was having some discomfort in the left side of my stomach. It felt like a pulled muscle or something. Also, back when I was only 1-2 weeks late I was having some major pain/discomfort/pulling sensation in my lower abdomin/uterus. Oh, and I've had a little bit of diarrhea. Doesn't consitpation normally accompany pregnancy though?
Last week, when I was about 17 days late for my period, I had a pap smear appointment with my gyno. I told him about quitting the pills and being late and that he might want to do a pregnancy test and his reaction was pretty much "just keep waiting". What the heck is going on with my body. Am I pregnant or not? I should also mention that I have taken FOUR pregnancy tests over the course of the last few weeks, the most recent one being this morning (and like I said I am now 23 days late) and they ALL say negative. Shouldn't I be able to get a positive result on a test by now??????
