It's thick and creamy like half and half, but without the fat. Much different than milk. You wouldn't want to drink half and half straight. Of course I don't know why anyone would drink milk straight (as in not in cereal, or chocolate, or coffee).

If you drink the coffee that's from New Orleans called Café Dumont with chickory its so much better for you, its strong but it is not all coffee so you don't have the shakes. I love it, I buy it by the cans.. 6.00 a can
