Strange so many people are having the same issues without answers. Been light headed for 2 months now. started when it went into the er. Noticed several ppl posting, having anxiety. I've had anxiety attacks as well. I also have an issue with sleeping. Has been getting worse. from 8 hours per day, to 10, to 12, to now 14+. took many years for that change (i'm over 50 now). Having a mixed drink does seem to help, like others that have posted. My ear also drips, my sinuses screw up but only when lying down.
Having my heart checked next week, but also trying to fix the sleep issue, maybe try something for anxiety like xanax or something.

how so sad that so many seemingly healthy people have this lightheadness thing and not a single doctor can figure out out what it is. I am also feeling lightheaded, it started almost 3 months ago and since then I had NO SINGLE day when i did not feel it. I forgot what it is like to feel 'me' again. I am very very upset about it because it effects quality of my life. I for example do not do shopping anymore, the minute I start walking it gets so-so bad that I feel like I am going to pass out. So far, all lab tests, blood work, x-rays and EKG came back normal. I did have some low iron, after getting my iron back to normal (had another blood test done to confirm it) my lightheadness is STILL THERE!
Anyways, I wish we all sit in a room and talk about it. Maybe, just maybe we would find something common, that something that makes us feel this way. Since it is not possible I came up with a different idea. It is about your life style, diet and habits. I hope to find something common that unites us all. I hope to find something that causes this super annoying debilitating condition. Before emailing please make sure you are a healthy person who is not on any meds. Why? Because when investigating this issue it would be easier to find something becasue with a healthy person there are no interferences. If you have a medical condition or are on meds then it may be the reason you are dizzy. I am looking for healthy people like me who have no health issues but dizziness, those who have normal lab etc results etc. I hope to find somethings and publish it here or some other places . I want to help every single one of you who is suffering every day (just like me) and canot get medical help because doctors do not know what it is. *** personal information removed by moderator ***

Hello . I just wish I could reply to everyone. I am suffering from this debilitating condition too. Long story short - i have decided to investigate this issue by using a questionnaire. I am taking holistic approach and hoping to find something COMMON among all of us . Maybe just maybe I will find what it is . I am perfectly healthy person and I started having this almost 3 mo ago. I feel it 24/7. I am very discouraged because I do not know what to do and how to fix it. How do you fix something if results come back normal? What do you fix??? It is like there is nothing to fix but I still feel so dizzy and nausea every day for almost 3 mo. ***contact info removed by moderator***

for me it was the opposite - exercising triggered bad dizziness/ lightheadedness. the more i do walking/ power walking the stronger symptoms are. I eat ok, I make sure I am not hungry, hydrated etc. it is like I have low sugar but I know I do not. Very frustrating.

you stated that you bent over to reach for a bottle and when you got back up everything was spinning. I KNOW what happened. you have a crystal dislodged in your ear. It has to be 'moved back'. There are special exercises for this, pls find online. I believe the condition you have starts with letter 'M'. You do 1 or 2 of these exercises and the issue will go away instantly. You dont need to see a doctor for this , but if you still want to , they will do this trick in the office and you will be fine. We had a coworker having this. Our manager had written instructions on what to do when 'this' thing happens. Some other stories too. Thanks!
