I am hoping to try some soy cheese soon, and I thought this would be a good place to ask for advice about this. Can you please share what soy cheese you use regularly and like? And how you prepare it? I would really like to get a good idea of what there is around before I buy. Thanks in advance!

Are you talking about soy cheese or tofu? There are so many different soy products on the market now, and some of them are nice, while others are nit my favorite. Different kinds of tofu are good for different things, like firm tofu for stir fries, silken for soups and tofu cakes, smoked tofu is great on bread in slices... Depends what you want, really!

There are number of soy cheese like Vegan Gourmet,followyourheart, imearthkind. All are great for you. I thought that Vegan Gourmet is the best and you can also get three flavours. Toffu is also pretty and it taste was also great.
