Even you meatasauruses out there should be eating one serving of soy a day, because it's just so darn good for you, and this stuff is waaaay tastier than tofu. It comes in vanilla, unflavored, strawberry and chocolate and packs 14g of protein and 20 vitamins and minerals into a scoop. There is an Extreme kind that is 28g of protein per scoop.
Atkinsers will not like it because it is carb-riffic-18g per scoop/130 calories. I blend it with a cup of fruit and veggie juice, frozen berries and half a banana for about a 300 calorie snack after I work out.
Ladies- it has 240mg of calcium per scoop.
