hey. i'm confused about what's going on with my body.

I had my implanon taken out a week and 2 days ago, and i was informed that i could get pregnant straight away. Me and my fiance are wanting to have a baby so we thought we might try that day to see if maybe it could happen to me. Anyway for 2 days i was fine, i didn't get a period - because i had a period two weeks before my implanon was taken out and usually i bled every 24-26 days. But the third day, which was a saturday i started to feel really tired and it was then i kinda knew i was pregnant but i wasnt sure (this is my first time). i knew it would be too early to try a pregancy test but i was impatient and bought one anyway and the result was negative, but later on that day i started to bleed lightly and i assumed it would be my period. The following day - sunday it stopped and all i was getting was a brown sticky mucus-like stuff and i thought that was unusual. So i went that day without wearing a pad to see if it would change and it didn't so i thought maybe i was pregnant!! But since then i have bled very light - pinkish and been having this brown mucus stuff. i waited 4 days and i did another test and it came out positive - but the second line was very faint on the test. I've been hungrier than ever - like i dont eat much usually, but yesterday i almost had a whole cooked chicken to myself o.O and i have been very tired and its difficult for me to stay concentrated at my work. I am healthy and have no sicknesses.. so is there the off chance that i could be pregnant or does this usual bleeding/mucus stuff the result of having the implanon taken out? I'm planning on having a blood test to definatly confirm, i just need to know others opinions and whether anyone else has been through this??
thankyou in advance
I think I might be of help for you there.
I have been on implanon for 2 years and then decided to take it out as me and my boyfriend were ready for the baby. As soon as I got off of it, I started to feel the withdrawal symptoms. I could feel some light headaches and also the light bleeding from time to time, also I could feel the morning sickness, as if I was pregnant. I went to see my doc and she explained my body is experiencing the withdrawal symptoms and I just had to deal with them. But, you know, everything unbelievably resembled on pregnancy. I already have one child and I am familiar with the feeling so the only thing that crossed my mind was conceiving. I let some time pass and did the test which of course showed the negative results, just like the doc had assumed.
I just think your organism is now getting back to its own condition before you were not on birth control and it is going through hormonal changes again. You just need to get along with it for some time until everything is balanced again.
Wait some more time and do the pregnancy test again.
