i'm a 14 year old boy 5'7 height and i weigh 183 pounds. whats the most weight i can lose within a month and if you have any suggestions on helping me lose weight fast please feel free to help.. i do training for boxing two nights a week for 2 hours a night but i don't think this is enough.. please help!

It is not big issue to loss weight as there are many ways to loss weight. Try to avoid some sweets chocolates and fast food take part in some games such as football and other games to keep you body smart and strong.
