Im 15 almost 16 and I havent finished puberty.
Im 5 feet tall I have a medium pitch voice ( Not high or low ) I can produce sperm that is white and semi clear I have only grown around 3 inches in the past 2 or more years I still have a "Baby Face" (Younger looking face similar to a small child meaning small face chubby cheeks etc.) I have armpit and pubic hair a not so noticeable mustache is forming
The reason why Im here is because most of my friends look more developed and are much taller and have grown more I believe that this might not be normal but its possible I just want to fit in

You ARE normal.
You ARE developing normally. We all develop at different rates/times. You can't change it. You'll likely have a growth spurt soon and then you'll "catch up" with your friends.
