okay i just wanked a few minutes ago and my sperm was kinda brownish and greyish in colour at the same time. it looks a lil bit like blood actually. im kinda worried about this because yesterday my girlfriend gave me a BJ and the sperm colour looks fine. anybody can help me here?
Hi there. It seems like you have hematospermia, this is a condition of having blood in your sperm. This actually doesn’t need to have anything with the oral sex (unless your testicles are hurt in the action), there are a few causes for hematospermia to occur, usually it is caused by the inflamation of the seminal vesicles or the prostate gland, or sometimes by prostate injury. Have you noticed the blood in urine as well, or it was just your ejaculate that was bloody? If it happens the blood occurs in your urine, you should immediately go see your doctor as this might be some urinary tract infection. If hematospemia goes away without treating it, it’s just fine, this one is called primary hematospermia and doesn’t require treatment as it usually works out on its own. But if you feel some other symptoms, you should see your doctor for further examinations.
