okay so when i pee i have a burnin sensation, but then after im done peeing i feel like i have to pee again right afterwords, and ive been havin' this strange clear or white discharge for about a week and now that it kinda hurts to pee im getting worried.. i dnt know whats going on... can any1 help?

It sounds like you may have a urinary tract infection or possibly an STD.
See your doctor. They'll take a urine sample and possibly a sample of the discharge. You'll likely be put on an antibiotic then.
