HI I'm 14 years old and my penis length erect is only 4in...see if play sports and have to take showers with other people...I see their penises and theirs are much bigger than my erect while theirs is flaccid...should I be worried about my size.. :/

You don't need to worry at all. Average for a 13-14 year old is 3-4". You are right where you should be.
You also see your penis from a different angle than that of the other guys. It's not a good way to compare size. Guys that are big flaccid also only tend to grow a little when erect.
Average for an ADULT male is 5.1'.
Remember, we don't all develop at the same rate/time. It's not the size that matters as much as how you use your penis too.
