Hello everyone! I have about ten pounds to get rid of, and I have been telling myself to join a gym for many months now... But somehow I keep putting it off. I have a bit of stage fright I think. I used to be a fairly active person, doing ballet and modern dance, but for the last few years I haven't done much and apart from the excess weight, I am also out of shape! Perhaps it would be better to start with a diet, rather than exercise. Do you know where I can download the best diet for free?
There are hundreds of diet programs online, but I am not sure what you mean by downloading a free diet? Are you talking about one of those diet tracker applications? If you are, I would advise you to decide which diet is right for you first and then to simply search for the name of the diet plus "diet tracker" and that will do the trick nicely.
