I have to admit that I am a bit frightened ever since my aunt died of stomach cancer couple of years ago. I try to avoid junk food and I have started with exercises. I also quit smoking (although I was never much of a smoker, only couple of cigarettes a day). Still, can you tell me which everyday objects contain carcinogens?

I have to say that you have done a great thing by quitting smoking. Even though it was not a serious amount of nicotine, it is better not to accumulate it in your body. Considering the latest statistics, nicotine and alcohol are the things that increase the most risk for getting cancer. Unfortunately, there are cases of cancer where people lead a healthy life. I guess all you can do is try to live as healthy as possible and hope for the best...
