I am frustrated as well. I've been dealing with this for years and I'm only 25. I am on birthcontrol and I noticed when I switched to the 3 month type this lessened a lot but it still sticking around. It would go from liquid and smelling bad as if it was BV to being a yeast infection after I finished BV treatment. Then the white clumpy toilet paper would come. I'm still dealing. no one is helping. Something that did take the edge off was taking Garlic, Acidophillus, Vitamin E, and Folic Acid... I alternated taking 2 of them at a time every other day so Mon, Wed, Fri Garlic & Acidophillus, Tue, Thurs, Sat, Vit. E and Folic acid etc. It seemed to help but after 2 weeks I got discouraged and quit taking them. I was and am so sad. I also have the tiredness, dizziness, and abdominal pains where I worry about cancer and infertility and everything else under the sun. I just want it to stop so I can be normal. I did have a happy healthy sex life with my man where we had sex nearly everyday and my discharge was nice and clear and odorless and plenty wet all the time. Now we have sex once a week or once everytwo weeks when i can force it because im so dry, not wet, cant get discharge moisture, and just sad and chunky white c**p. ugh. help All tests are freaking normal!

I am so glad I found this thread, and I want you ladies to know THERE IS HOPE!
I had a yeast infection back 3 months ago, and had it treated. The soreness and itchiness went away, as well as the odor, but I still had this wet tissue-like discharge that stayed. I figured it was the remnants of the yeast infection, so I kept trying different treatments. I went to outpatients where I was tested for yeast and it came back negative. I WAS FURIOUS! And in my anxiety I searched online for a week straight before I found the answer: pH imbalance. Yep, simple as that.
I sat in a bathtub of warm water and baking soda for about 15-20 minutes, and just to be sure I tried the garlic clove method. Cured, just like that. Ladies, try this! I am completely and utterly amazed.

I knew my ph was imbalanced because I struggled with BV for 2 years! after the BV smell and thin discharge went away, this c**p began. I think I may try the garlic method but I read it burns your vagina inside and leaves your mouth tasting like garlic. A little nervous I might have an adverse reaction but I'm not allergic to garlic and add it to food all the time. Still scary to shove garlic in my VJ

To all of the ladies speculating about how it might be some hormonal/birth control related thing, I think maybe we can rule this out, because I too, have this same issue. It has been going on for about a year now. The reason I say I'm going to rule this out is because I have a condition in which I was born without a uterus and one of my ovaries. I still have one ovary, and it is properly functioning, and all of my hormones or balanced and monitored frequently. I have never been on any sort of hormone therapy or pills or birth control.
I'm not sure if any of you other ladies have been linking these white clumps with sex, but 95% of the time, mine seem to be present 1-2 days after I have intercourse. I am married and cannot get pregnant, so my husband and I do not use condoms. He will sometimes do his business inside me, but i find that this actually makes the problem MUCH worse. At first I thought it may have been leftover semen that I couldn't get all the way out (sorry for being graphic..) that had sort of clumped up and stayed up there...so we tried for about 2 months of him not ejaculating inside. This still did not solve the problem, although I found I had less of the clumping, but still enough to scoop a little bit out of me the next day. I find that when we have more "rough" and lengthy sessions, the problem is more persistent, and these white clumps appear for about 2-3 days after. I had also speculated that since we use a water based lubricant occasionally, that maybe some of the lube was also clumping up and not coming out. We tried at least 5 different brands of high quality lubes, and still the white clumps are there. We tried going periods of time without lube as well, and still, the problem existed.
I have had no itching or burning, and the clumps have a very mild smell, but i wouldn't call it bad, although it is not very pleasant. I don't think it could possibly be a yeast infection, just based on all of these other replies having such similar problems, even after having gone to the doctors and confirming it is not yeast. I have not gone to the doctor myself in fear that I will get no answers just like the rest of you. But I think I will make an appointment within the next few weeks, just in case. I do want to mention I am 25 and I have been having intercourse since I was 16. This never started happening until the past year or so. We have both been checked for STD's, and we are both clean.
I also know it isn't anything related to menstruation, because I do not have periods, and I do not even have the typical cervical discharge that happens around the time of ovulation, because I do not have a uterus! The only thing I can guess as of now is that it is simply dead skin cells from the vagina, and they are coming off and forming little clumps in the form of dead skin cells, like the vagina is trying to clean itself out naturally, (especially after intercourse, perhaps the penis is maybe irritating the walls of the vagina)? Other than this, I am completely stumped, and it is really frustrating. There's nothing like feeling like you ruined the moment when your partner pulls a finger or penis out with little white clumps stuck to it..ugh! I hope we find some answers soon! This seems like a relatively common issue, and this is not the only site where women are looking for answers for this problem. Seriously there is not a single answer, I was hoping to find one, at least, but this is just disappointing.

Hello,
I had this weird problem too, and i fixed it.
i am here to share, as i found this thread when looking for an answer, but never found any.
it didn't smell, itch, burn, but i noticed little clumps like wet toilet paper just coming out here and there.. when i had intercourse with my fiancé , some clumps would come off on him too. it was mortifying. i had a yeast infection not too long ago, but i treated it and it went away. i do not have health insurance presently so i had to figure out what it was and fix it myself.
it was very sparse, it happened more frequently after ovulation and i did not have any other discharge.. was actually somewhat dry .. except for these clumps.
it didn't match the description of any yeast infection or BV i had ever read, finally i was fed up.
I made a solution of 1 part hydrogen peroxide to one part water, and used a tampon applicator as a funnel. i laid a towel down, and got on my back with my legs in the air, put in the applicator and poured the solution inside. you must have your lower back elevated to get the proper angle.
i removed the applicator and brought my abdomen back to ground level and sat mostly upright, and the hydrogen peroxide fizzed up but the water stayed liquid and flushed out everything that was in there.
apparently, it was pretty deep inside, but a lot larger chunks of what might have been puss, leftover yeast, medication, or something came out like a cork.
sorry for the gnarly description. but ever since i flushed it out this once, my discharge has returned to normal (it was a bit milky for the first day or two , probably clearing out the remaining of the infection that was responding to the strange material) but now its been about 3 or 4 days and everything is back to normal, the redness is gone, there are no clumps, and completely normal discharge. no uncomfortable feeling, and no hesitation/embarrassment at the idea of sex.
i just came to post this here in hopes that my information helps out someone who is looking for something similar, as when ever i try to look up these sorts of ailments i always find questions with no answers. hope this helps.

so far so good, it has not come back and everything is still normal.
i find that if i stay eating healthy, no extra hormone creams, probiotics, anything like that, then it stays away.
i took a probibotic a few days ago and thick white discharge came back, but then i did not take any more and it went away.

Hi girls,
I have also come across this problem in the last 8 months and came across this blog, its the same thing, white toilet paper like discharge, i suppose, but it never realy comes out, I too could scoop it out and have been tested numerous time for bv and yeast, its neither, Ive also tried switching birthcontrols bc it may be hormones, after sitting for 2 hrs reading all 16 pages of this blog I decided to try something recommended by someone on here which was to use water with a a couple teaspoons of bakingsoda, believe me its quite a sight, but however you can get it in there for a rinse try it, it has worked for me, ive been clear for a week, it seems its an overproduction of some type of skin cells but I am so relieved hope this helps....I am not a doctor so make sure you do rule out other possibilties but if youve tried it all, try this.
