white clumpy discharge, no smell, no itching/burning. No STDs

So for about 5 months now I've had this white clumpy discharge. It doesn't smell, & no itching or burning. Its really only noticeable when I use the bathroom & wipe (sorry tmi) & also when me & my husband have sex. I've been to the doctor at first they said I had a bacteria infection the gave me the meds for that I took them for 7 days & after taking them a few days later I still had the discharge :/ So I went back to the doctor & there was no infections (bacteria or yeast) & they also checked for STDs, NOTHING! But she said my White Blood Cell Count was high... she said "your body's trying to fight something off but I don't know what"  so she gave me an antibiotic to take (2 pills, only one time.) I took those, still having this crazy discharge!!! (she said to come back in a week if its still there) :/ also my last period was Oct. 11th through Oct. 16th. a week after that I went to the bathroom & I was bleeding (but only when I wiped) & only that one time I used the bathroom. It happened again a week after that, 2 days in a row. (but still only one time in those days that I used the bathroom) It was barely anything... then 2 days ago (I was 5 days late for my period)(periods always late) I was bleeding again, but I thought It was my period starting because it was more blood this time (light pink) but then I wiped a 2nd time & there was nothing... & still 2 days later... no period. Im so confused & scared I hope nothing MAJOR is wrong with me... :/

also you guys should know me & my husband are ttc... they did a pregnancy test on me at the doctor when I was 2 days late, & it said I wasnt pregnant. :/

Does anyone have any idea whats going on??!!
