Ok, so I have this white hard pimple looking thing on the outside of the ball sack, I have never had sex or received any type of oral or anything like that, this just appeared out of no where and it's been there for about a year of so now, what could this be? Please help me.

As far as i am aware (So dont hold me to this)It is to do with Puberty, Sweat and all that stuff will block cause spots, in affect they are just white head spots, Good hygiene around there will get rid of them overtime.
