Hey guys I have a bit of a problem downstairs :( Ok I'm 16 and I'm uncircumsized and under my forskin there like white bits everywhere of skin that if I take a nail klipper or something I can get it off but it keeps coming back and also from the top of the back of my penis gowing onto my head and around the hole there's a very thin layer of like white skin growing? I'm really worried and very scared to go show a doctor :( I also have little bumps on my head which is apparently ppp (I'm really confused cause I'm very clean and wash everyday and I'm a virgin) please help!

You'll need to see a doctor for specifics. Without an exam this is all an educated guess.
1. Is it smegma, the stuff you keep finding? It can be sticky and may be difficult to remove.
2. White skin? Is it a coating you mean? Could be a yeast infection maybe.
3. PPP are normal and very common. You'll find them to increase your pleasure during sex.
None of these are STD's.

I wish I could help you more TBM. I don't think it is serious, really, but stop with the nail clipper.
The skin changes some in appearance as it dries out but I don't know if this is what you're describing.
Your best bet is to see a doctor. I can understand you'd be scared but sometimes they just need to see what you're describing. They won't judge you or think it odd. You're there for help.
