i woke up today and saw that there is white stuff like on my penis, like it doesnt come off even after washing it. Its just there on the head of my penis and on the skin of my penis. The white stuff is also on my frenulum and a little on the glans. i can only see it once i pull the foreskin. Its not that much but its there. I have no idea what it is. can anyone help me? It doesnt hurt to pull the foreskin either and i can pee fine.
