Why am i urinating when the head of my penis is stimulated?

holy c**p i do that in the shower too just let the water run right on the tip until i pee. is it maybe the same like when a woman squirts from clitoral stimulation seeing as a penis and a clitoris are basically the same thing?

I recently discovered this happens to me aswell.  When I do it, i start jacking off and when I start to feel really good ill rub the head of my penis ahrd with my thumb and it will cause me to have an orgasm where I squirt what may or may not be pee.  It squirts out in rythm with the contractions from my prostate.  I get very aroused and have orgasm that usually is achieved through anal stimulation.

Guys, it's normal, embrace it :) On the plus side, giving your penis a quick rub after sex, causing you to squirt/pee/whatever it is, is a great way to stop the remaining seminal fluid, that didn't reach escape velocity, from dribbling out of your penis in to your shorts/pants. No more embarrassing or uncomfortable wet patch ;)

It is common for uncircumcised guys to have issues with sensitivity.  Think about it.. the penis head is always protected by the foreskin, and is therefore not used to being touched by the outside world.  You have to retract your foreskin and touch the glans (head) every day.  I don't mean masturbation, just touch it so it gets used to other textures.  Another good move would be to start using a penis health creme every day.  This creme will contain several important vitamins and nutrients that will keep your penis in tip-top shape.  And since you have to apply it every day, it will force you to touch the entire penis, which should lead to desensitization.  Hope this helps and good luck.

Foreskin only plays a small role in it i'm assuming.

99% likely it's just from having a sensitive head, (which yes is more common in uncut guys) which can occur in both cut and uncut guys. Hope that helps at all

Not entirely true. I can't piss in public due to bladder shyness and I will go into a stall and rub the tip of my penis to get urination to start.

I have had the same issue since...well birth, am 42 now. I take vitamins which causes my urine to be a pretty bright yellow. Seminal fluid is clear. I can say without a doubt the what comes out from the stimulation is urine.

I'm actually only here because I'm wondering what the f**k it is, I've been doing it for years now (since I as a seventeen year old figured "hold on a second, that bit at the end of my penis is sensitive too, maybe I should rub that!"(I'm not sure why that didn't occur to me before that)) and promptly got a bit of a shock as I started 'pissing' all over the place. Had never heard of male squirting before this, but yes, as you say, it can basically be done again and again before ejaculation; I've only ever actually stopped because I was running out of time or something similar

I'm 39 now, had the same thing happening when I was a teen, it only got more secretive over time, I can barely get a blowjob from my wife without squirming like a fish, f*****g sucks, I read somewhere that when an infant if whoever cared for you pulled your foreskin back thinking they had to for cleanliness; before your. I feel the same way, letting the water hit the tip of the penis after ejaculation can sometimes be better than the ejaculation itself!! And I hate not being able to pee after ejaculation and then how the pee flows right out when the head is stimulated. I don't know how anyone views this as a problem lol
