I've just discovered this phenomenon this week. I apologize. This post was much longer than I intended it to be. That's what...she...said? Anyway, as a bit of background, I'm a 36 year old male, and have been masturbating since...probably around age 10, if not younger. I'm uncut, and have unfortunately torn my frenulum twice. After the second time, for the longest time, I always had a strong sensation to urinate minutes after urinating. With me it's definitely full urine and nothing else.
