ive had this pain in my left testicle for over 14 years, im now 20 and its less frequent then it was and when it does happen it hurts like a mother f****r, ive been to over 6 doctors about it and they all keep saying that its the muscles contracting very rapidly and causing the pain, this only applies to me cause ive had more then one doctor tell me this and ive had this problem for a while if you have these pains go get checked mine has led me to become sterile and i will not be able to father a child cause of this problem

f**k man, im sorry to hear that. Is your pain associated with a rash/change of texture of skin? And do you ever have stomach aches at the same time as the testicular ache?

I'm going in this week to try nerve relief medication bc a lot of evidence points to HSV-1 infection for me, despite showing very few 'diagnostic' symptoms. Would you describe yours as nerve pain, or is yours of a different nature? bc it feels like there are more than one causes for all the posts in this particular forum. Thanks,

20 Years old, healthy as an ox. I smoke but never drink. Work long and hard everyday. Right testicle hurts like a mother f****r. When it hurts so does my right kidney area and stomach. Been going on for probably 4-7 days now. Don't know if it's because the new girlfriends vagina is a tank and can take a beating (Smashing my nads) or if it's because i've been laid off for a few days and I've been sitting too much. Either way- hurts VERY bad. And I have a high pain tolerence. Makes me bend over and grab my side. Hurts right now. Don't know why. No insurance or I would go to the doctor. I thought maybe UTI but I drink a lot of juice (Apple, Orange, Cranberry). Piss looks clear and smells like nothing. I do not masturbate very much, probably like ... once every 2-3 weeks. I kind of have a feeling I'm banging too hard but I've never heard of that. THERE THEY GO HURTING AGAIN.

 

Anyways, I've read like everything here and it seems I need professional help (which is obviously my first choice) but no insurance and laid off, SO >:|

Here's a super unprofessional non-doctor visit:

1. Did you recently pull or strain a groin or lower back muscle? e.g. did you lift a heavy tv a few days ago, ache a little after etc? If the pain is sharp and no doubt elicited by muscular strain in that area, there is a good chance of a muscular complication like a hernia.

2. Are there any other symptoms and is it localized to one testicle? Some ideas to throw out there are: testicular torsion (which is also caused by a physical trauma to the balls altho can be overlooked more easily), epididymitis (might feel swollen bumps on testicle), inflamed prostate, or even pudendal nerve compression.

The best thing you can do for yourself before being seen by med professional is to pay close attention to exactly where the pain is emerging from, and what brings out the pain (which physical activities if any, increased pain during sex, etc)

Hai i am 10 years old and my left testicle has been hurting since 4:00 today, and it doesn't have any distinctive bumps and every 10-20 minutes it starts again. Suprisingly whenever i sit, it goes away. i am trying not to move it, either. Can anyone help? :-|
