It is possible that the test they are using is not sensitive enough to test your level. Are you drinking lots of fluids prior to the test? It would dilute your urine and may make it harder to detect.
There are more expensive tests, I'm assuming they're using the "strip" type test.
Ask the clinic or your doctor what could cause this.

They can do other tests, they just cost more money. That's why most places have changed over to the "stick" or "dip" tests.

I'm being done the same way and they took my take homes away. My husband still gets his and they said alcohol was in his system, shown by the alcohol and he's never drank! So now they are giving me your charge of no Methadone in my system! Now I have had no take homes and the one who gives us the METHADONE watches me every morning unless her fill in is there never showing me not having the Methadone in my system. I'm printing out the ones like yours and my husband is made cause this time they have taken away his take homes. We are both running around strung out! I've been on pins and needles but nothing else! I've gotten off of Methadone but my goodness I nearly died. I don't want to do that again.
