If i drink a gallon of water each day for one month, no soda like dr ppper etc.. Will i see results of losing some weight??

If your switching sodas, juice, sports drinks coffee etc for water than yes you will see the weight drop, how much I don't know as that depends on ago many different things. But it's a good plan, just make sure you eat a reasonable diet and a gallon may bdue extreme. Just drink at least 8 glasses a day more if thirsty. Drinking a gallon isn't the key, it's giving up the sugar drinks and replacing them with water.
