Do you mean Necon? If so, which version? It comes in at least 5 strengths.
How are you administering it? What dosage? It's really not an emergency contraceptive unlike the Ipill.
Regarding the Ipill, she took it in time for it to be effective but I caution you. NO form of birth control is 100% effective. Emergency contraceptives are NOT as effective as a daily form of birth control.
Her next several periods can be early or late. There can be some spotting. This is not an indicator of the effectiveness of the Ipill.

I can't answer that. It can be early or late. It's a VERY common side effect from the Ipill.

It's most effective within 72 hours so yes it will help.
