Hi, I did Winsor Pilates and it was very useful to me. I believe that it made me feel much better, and after some achivements I even felt more satisfied about my outlook. It is Mari’s exclusive dynamic sequencing – a special combination of controlled movements, that’s so special in this treatment. It is recommended to do some aerobic exercise every day, or at least every second day. To burn calories you can walk, run or do aerobic exercises. You won’t get bored with the same old routine in Winsor Pilates, because you will be provided with new exercises each month.
