Im currently doing breathing exercises every morning after taking a cold shower CBD oil, im intermitten fasting on an immaculate diet , Herbal teas peppermint eating garlic raw sniffing lines of Tumric ! Exersizing some days other i cant be arsed moving ! BUT THE ANXIETY is awful espically given the time of the quit.

Well, I never experienced similar physical symptoms although I've been in withdrawal for several times in my life. The anxiety is the part of it for sure, and it's followed up by palpitations, loss of concentration, bad mood and irritability of any kind.

I think the first 2 weeks are most important. During these I'm always into something, so I'd advise you to try to occupy yourself. It is not an easy task but try to do something new, like learn cooking, learn coding, do specific exercises. For each of these things you are required to concentrate, but little by little you will find your way through. Secondly, try to avoid triggers ... Like I used to get stoned and play video games. So during this first 2 weeks avoid playing video games. I know, it is another addiction, but you'll feel even better once you break these kind of bad habits. Or at least I feel happy at least to achieve it for a while, just to rest a bit. Your body will be thankful for it really!

Breathing exercises are always great. Meditation and mindfulness as well. However, I do not like to be a slave of another habit. Just try to make sure your discipline is on a higher level, and you'll make it.

Lately, I've tried to improve my concentration. I've ordered a bunch of puzzles from Amazon and started working on my concentration. Now it is a new habit. Sometimes I invite some friends for a chit-chat glass of wine and completing a 500-piece puzzle for a single night :)

Cycling is also a good thing. You can download some of these apps like Relive that track your cycling or hiking progress and share your routes among community. Cycling or hiking smooths your brain and physical exercise make you think clearer and kills the deamons :)

Take care and share your progress, dude!
