this is tricky, technically you can if you have experienced no complications, however there is an increased risk to you flying this soon after. Also the airline may require a fit to fly certificate if your health is in doubt. it would be worth speaking to your doctor about this, if they agree its ok then maybe they will write a covering letter for you.

Hi there,
I know that keyhole surgery is very popular procedure but you have to understand that it has some side effects and certain complications may arise if the surgery is not done properly or if the recovery after the surgery is fine. So in my opinion you should not fly just after seven days after your surgery. You need to wait more in order not to have any complications later in life. Your wounds are still fresh and you need to understand that there are dangers involve in moving after the surgery. I hope that you will reconsider the flying and that your surgery will go as planned.
Best wishes,
Marco
