this is meenakshy from a small town.I had a kidney transplant on may 2001,mother was the doner. I am still on Pangraf-1mg BD,Wysolone 5mg OD,myceft 500mg BD, Amlodipine 5mg BD & calsium,iron.my creatinine is 1.3 & urea is 24.But i am over wt with 74 kg(ht-5.3").My doctor says me 2 loose wt but how can i loose so many kgs (14) through walking only.Iam unmarried & doing some light job like part time teaching.please suggest me please.
