Xray result for my mother: there are suspicious densities seen in the left upper lobe

" There are suspicious densities seen in the left upper lobe. The heart is not enlarged. The aorta is tortous and calcific. The trachea is midline. The rest of the chest structures are unremarkable.

Impression: SUSPICIOUS DENSITIES, LEFT UPPER LOBE APICOLORDOTIC VIEW SUGGESTED ATHEROSCLEROTIC AORTA

What does all mean? I really need a help in understanding stated above...Thank you.
