Supicious densities are seen at the upper left lung. Heart is not enlarged. The rest of the structures are unremarkable.

For apocolordotic view, left upper lung.

Your doctor wants you to have another x-ray, the apicolordotic view. It's an x-ray taken from a different angle that better focuses on the tops (apex) of the lungs.
