I, too, was on yaz for almost 10 years. I suffered throughout this time from a myriad of health issues, recurrent yeast and bacterial infections being one of them. It finally dawned on me that Yaz might be the problem in my life. I quit taking it almost 2 months ago and most of these issues have been greatly improved. I haven't had one infection since (knock on wood)! I wish there were some way to get doctors to realize that this DOES happen and that the pill can wreck lives! For now, I will voice my opinion here and hope that this helps someone else going through the same issues.
You guys... SAME HERE.. no joke started yaz a month or so ago and have had the worst itching and yeast infection like symptoms! I was nervous I had some sort of serious infection but I’ve had the same partner for years... LADIES I love you and thank you for clearing my peace of mind. I have lost a few pounds with yaz but I don’t know if it’s worth the pain of these yeast infections?!
