So I'm 14 and last night I masterbated and there were these tiny yellow lumps in my semen it didn't hurt just a bit uncomfortable I am a frequent masterbater and I have stopped for the past few nights and that happened and I am super scared can you help and I have never had sex

It is normal for your semen to vary color and even be "lumpy" sometimes. It does not indicate any problems.
Usually the longer the time between ejaculations the more yellow your semen, it does get old.
Lumps may indicate you aren't hydrated enough.
