if i step outside of the shower and use a towel to dry my scrotum, or the outside of my penis (inside as well) there is this yellowish layer that appears, i went to see a doctor and he told me this was normal...i'm not very sure about it and i can't find anything on it. if anyone could provide some info it would be great.
