Zelletta has made me pretty irregular and it's really inconvenient

I really don't know what to do.

Zelletta has made me pretty irregular and it's really inconvenient. I took it around a year ago and just kind of accepted the or irregular bleeding..especially since the bleeding wasn't half as heavy or painful as it was before the pill- although, my periods do last longer.

Occasionally it works how I want it to, in the sense that, I don't bleed and it doesn't cause discomfort but I have noticed a trend (sorry to be graphic) but when my partner ejaculates inside- two days later I come on fairly heavily, my stomach is disgustingly bloated, my boobs are so sore and gone up an cup size and I'm really confused as to what to do.

Ive ran out of pills anyway, and been off of them for two days. I don't know whether I should just stop all together or continue for another couple of months to see if it settles again.

Plus- the only pill GP will prescribe me is a POP because taking the combined means is be at an increased risk of stroke due to a condition I had when I was younger.

is all of this normal?
