Dear Forum ,
I have been on Zoloft for about 8 months and wan to get off it. I was put on Klonopin and Zoloft together and went through 6 months of weaning off the Klonopin and have been off it for two months. That was a hard road. I then started to wean down of of Zoloft, 150mg to 100, to 50, to 25 and then stopped. I did this in two months and went 3 weeks off of everything and then started to get very dizzy, brain zaps, and very extreme anxiety. My job is in IT and also ver stressfull but I manage. I had to back on 50mg of zoloft becasue I could not endure the possible 8 weeks of hell with withdrawal symptoms. I have read many nightmares about this drug and is one fo the hardest to get off of. Please help and give me a plan that will work. I want my life back and my family too. Thank you from my soul..

Barry
I wonder if aerobic exercise such as cycling, stair climbing, jogging or running may be helpful. Sustained aerobic exercise can give you a high which can possibly counteract the withdrawal symptoms of Zoloft.
