I'm lyn. 21. Im 1 week delayed. My last period was aug2 and i expected that it will come last aug31 to sep2. I have a regular cycle, 28 to 30 days cycle. We had protected sex last aug23 and 24. That was my first time. Is it possible to get pregnant when he was using a condom that time? Or maybe because it was my first sexual intercourse? I also got a job at night. From 11pm to 8am. Is it possible it may cause my period to be delayed because of my schedule at work? I got a symptoms like cramps, bloated tummy, lower back pain, itchiness of my nipples, dizziness and because of dizzinees, i usually vomit. Please help. Im afraid to use pregnancy test kit.
Hello Cherrie I do not think you're pregnant because you said you guys had protected sex. You see when you have sex for the first time, it changes up a woman hormones. So NOW you can expect your period to come at a different time than usual. So its natural for you to think your pregnant, but its just your body adjusting to the spike in hormones. My girlfriend was 1 week late on her period and she was a little worried because we had sex for about 10 seconds without a condom lol. but when she took the pregnancy test she came back Negative. So I just want to say that IN TIME YOU WILL GET YOUR PERIOD GIVE IT 1 WEEK CHEERS :)
