10 days delayed and pregnancy test had one not very clear line

Hi guys. my last period was feb.7 and my 28days is in march 6 or 7.. but now march 15 i dont have menstraution. then i took p.t but the line is not clear. the one line is clear. the other line is not. am i pregnant ?
