I am about 11 days late. About 4 days ago I took a pregnancy test which came back negative. Yesterday on my drive to NY, I had a pink/brownish discharge for only about 4 hours. This morning I wake up and I am having a reddish discharge with lite cramping. I am wondering if this is my period playing tricks on me or if I can still be pregnant? I havent had a delay in my period for about 2 years and nothing in my life has changed, except about being nervous about my late period.

Also forgot to add, I have been peeing like a race horse at night and my brests are tender to the touch.
