hi im 13 and i have a big lump under one of my nipples. It is very hard and it hurts when i touch it sometimes. Is this puberty?

You can get lumps around the nipples. It can be related to puberty but it can also be other things.
You say "big lump." You should see your doctor to have it checked. Around your nipples are lymph nodes, they help your body fight infections. If they are swollen you may have an infection, usually nearby, but it could be anywhere.

the lump gets smaller if i push it hard...
I'm pretty sure it is a lymph node you're feeling.
Leave it alone for a bit and see if the swelling goes down.
whats a lymph node... how long till it goes away. i had this for longer than a month
