Hello, i'm 14 years old. i eat healthy (as a teenage girl can) and exercise about 30 mins a day minimal. however, i still have this layer of fat on my stomach and i would really like to know how to remove it. if anyone could help me please. even if its a diet, or website. Please help ):

do running daily and dont eat healthy food like burger pizza nh oilly things ok after that u will definity lose the fat from the stomach
