For the past three days I have noticed that my penis has some flaky skin. I am 14. I have googled about it, but all I got was probably yeast infection (Not possible cause I'm too young for sex) or that I should just put an oil (I forgot the name) on my penis. Plz help if any way possible.

You can get a yeast infection without having sex.
Where is this flaky skin? On what part of your penis?
As to oil, just use a regular MILD soap - NOT a body wash. Body washes dry out the skin and can cause flaky skin.
The flaky skin is right under the tip
Mostly at the bottom part of the head of the Penis
Try the mild soap.
