Even if she doesn't tell them, they'll know something is up. She isn't going to just walk in and out of an abortion clinic like she was getting her hair cut. At best she'd be sore and have some cramping and bleeding.

She would need her parents permission in Texas. In addition, 24 hours before the procedure she would be required to obtain "certain information" the the clinic would provide.
Her alternative would be to have a judge waive the parental notification. That would not be likely just because she doesn't want to tell them.
