First of all it is very commendable that you are working on your body and you are only 14 years old. When I was in your age I wasn’t interested in any kind of physical activity so it is great to hear that someone actually starts to think about that on time.
Continue with your exercising because that will not stunt your growth and you still have plenty of time to develop. If you are concerned about your height look at your parents and you will have your answers because genetics plays really big role in this matter.
Also don’t neglect to eat properly and healthy food. It is essential that you have enough energy for everything you are doing.
