Hi. I'm 15 years old and I'm uncircumcised. My penis is not retractable at all while flaccid or erect. I can not even see my glands. I think it's called a pinhole ,but I'm not sure. I've never had any injuries on my penis. 1. Will I grow out of it? 2. Will it affect my sexual life later on? 3. Is it dangerous?

This is NORMAL until around age 16. It's not dangerous.
Start stretching. Use your fingers to spread the opening as best you can. As it begins to widen, pull down on your shaft skin so the glans spreads the opening. It will take time before you can do this. Do it in the shower, the warm water will help soften the skin.
Do it as often as you can.
Ideally your foreskin will retract easily when erect.
